Oboe Finished Reed

The Gonzalez finished oboe reeds were developed by the oboe teacher Juan José Gonzalez, and their manufacture is supervised by himself. Working with extremely precise machinery from carefully selected raw materials, they are an advanced study – professional model, ideal for advanced students and orchestra soloists.

The material used comes from our own plantations, cultivated ecologically at the foot of the Andes mountain range.

Oboe Tubes

  Gonzalez Reeds oboe tubes are carefully selected and only those that are perfect for subsequent work are chosen. They come from our own plantations that are cultivated ecologically at the foot of the Andes.

Oboe Segments for Gouged

The Gonzalez oboe cane segments for gouged come from carefully selected oboe cane. The segments of oboe cane are chosen by diameter and cut to 75 mm length, but different lengths can be requested.

Oboe Gouged Cane

Gonzalez gouged oboe canes are manufactured with extremely precise machinery from carefully selected tubes. Through a process researched and developed by our company, we were able to obtain curved edges in their exact diameter. It is possible to request the thickness of the gouging.

The tubes from which these gouged canes are made come from our own plantations, ecologically cultivated at the foot of the Andes.

Gonzalez gouged and profiled oboe canes are manufactured with highly precise machinery, so that extremely clean cuts are achieved ensuring a tight fold of the cane.

The raw material comes from our own plantations that are cultivated ecologically at the foot of the Andes.

Available in 3 sizes, depending on the original tube diameter:

To this is added a profile that can be wide or narrow:

–  Wide: A: 7.2mm (european), B: 7.06mm, C: 5.67mm, D: 4.19mm
